Here at Misty Lane, we raise our flock of Katahdin Sheep on our small farm in rural Michigan.
Our animals are always treated humanely and are grass-fed with adequate water. We do not dock or castrate the ram lambs and they are never given any antibiotics.
Since our sheep are a type of hair sheep, they have fewer lanolin glands compared to woolly sheep; resulting in a meat with a mild flavor. We think our lamb is the best tasting in Michigan and we hope you will agree.
